Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns

Any capitalized terms used in this policy, but not otherwise defined, will have the meaning given to such term in our Terms of Use. This policy is subject to our Terms of Use and in the event of any conflict between this policy and our Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will control.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

At McKee Foods, we understand that life can be unpredictable and changes may be necessary. Once an order is submitted, we cannot modify the items on the order.

However, you have 90 minutes to cancel your order if needed. To cancel an order in that time frame, see your order confirmation email, order status page, or your user account. If you cancel your order within the 90-minute window, any payments made will be refunded in full.

If you need to cancel an order after 90 minutes, please contact us as soon as possible. Due to our efficient order and fulfillment processes, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is in progress. ContactUs@McKee.com

ADDRESS CHANGES OR INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

We value your satisfaction and understand that circumstances may change. To help ensure that your package arrives safely and on time, please double-check your shipping address at the time of checkout. Once an order is placed, you have 90 minutes to verify or change your shipping address. Your shipping address can be updated on the order page. A link to the page is in your order confirmation email. Once 90 minutes have passed, we will not be able to guarantee any updates to your shipping address.

If an item is shipped to an outdated or incorrect address, or otherwise returned as undeliverable, and returned to us, we will contact you for a current and deliverable address. If we do not receive an updated address within 14 days, the order will be refunded. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in such cases. Should you need to update your shipping address after the order has shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to request the necessary changes.

Updating the Address in Your Accounts

You can update the default shipping address associated with your account by logging into your account and entering a new shipping address in the applicable field. This will not affect the shipping address for any current orders in progress.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

At McKee Foods, the safety and security of your purchases is important to us. That's why we partnered with Route to offer complimentary package protection on your order. This insurance covers any potential loss, damage, or theft during transit. Should you experience an issue with your delivery, you can report it to Route using their easy-to-use mobile app (available for both iOS and Android); through the email, you received from Route after placing your order, or by visiting claims.route.com. We aim to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition and resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Food Products:

Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of food Products, but we will issue a refund if the Product meets the requirements of this policy. McKee Foods can only issue refunds for food Products if the Product arrives damaged. A damaged edible Product means that the Product is opened, melted, or arrives after the “BEST IF USED BY” date. See the section “Damaged or Defective Products” below for more information.

Merchandise:

McKee Foods will accept returns of merchandise (i.e., non-edible Products); you may return it for an exchange or refund if the Product meets the requirements of this policy. The Product must be returned in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories.

Damaged or Defective Products:

At McKee Foods, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality Products. Products that arrive damaged or are defective are eligible for return if they otherwise meet the requirements of this policy. Please note that our team may request images of the damaged or defective Product before processing a return. At our option, we will either replace the defective Product or issue a refund. Please note: Replacement of a product is subject to availability at the time the return is processed.

Requesting a Return or Exchange

Requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the shipment date. Orders over 30 days from the shipment date are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange. Products purchased from our online store can only be returned or exchanged, and refunds will only be issued, as set forth in this policy. Products cannot be returned to any retailer or other third-party location.

To request a return, refund or exchange, contact our friendly customer service team at ContactUs@mckee.com. To ensure a quick resolution, please include your order number in your email. All returns, refunds and exchanges require proof of purchase. Products marked as “final sale” or “not subject to return” may not be returned or exchanged. 

Replacement Products for damaged and defective goods and Product exchanges will be shipped to the address in the original order. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. However, we reserve the right to offer a refund in the form of McKee Foods Online Store credit at our discretion. See our Terms of Use for more information on store credits.

McKee Foods has the right to reject any return that is not in accordance with this policy.

Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return postage charges, will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned or exchanged Products.

 

Refund and Exchanges Timeframe:

Refunds

Please allow three business days for McKee Foods to process your refund request. Refunds typically appear 5-10 business days after processing. The exact timeframe may vary depending on your financial institution and the payment method used for the original purchase.

Exchanges

At our online store, we understand that exchanging a product can be a time-sensitive matter. We aim to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible. When a customer requests an exchange, we strive to respond within two business days. Once the exchange details are finalized through email, we ask that the customer mail the product back to us within seven days.

Please allow three business days for McKee Foods to process your return package once McKee Foods has received it. Once the item has been received by McKee and inspected and determined to be in acceptable condition, your new item will ship. Exchanges will be processed, and a new item will be shipped within two business days following inspection.
